Evening Boot Camp (Group class indoor training)

7:45 - 8:45 pm

Hourly Semi-private Personal training sessions (2-3 clients at a time)

9:30 am - 12:30 pm

Hourly Semi-private Personal training sessions (2-3 clients at a time) 

1:30 pm - 3:30 pm 

** All Sessions take place at 16 N. Main Street, Downtown Watkinsville 

(across from the Court House)

Description of Semi Private training sessions

To make it even more affordable, We also offer the option of sharing personal training sessions with friends, co-workers, or a loved one.  Semi Private training is the same as 1:1 but instead of having one person in a session we have 2 or 3, each following their own individual program. It makes personal training much better value for the client with the bonus of the group accountability factor, while still ensuring an individually prescribed program.  A workout partner can enable you to push yourself further than you would on your own. This is a great way to stay motivated and to balance personal training into your budget. It's a win win all round, and we like those : )

Description of FMS
Function Movement Screening is a tool used to find the weakest link in a person's movement pattern before starting a program and allows us to make corrections ahead of time thereby preventing injuries and improving performance.
